Public Outreach for Fencing Projects at Pioneer Elementary

FencingThe Davis Joint Unified School District (DJUSD) is advancing its commitment to safe and supportive learning environments through the implementation of fencing projects funded by Measure M, which was approved by voters in February 2019. Currently in the second phase, the district plans to enhance access control at Korematsu, Montgomery, and Pioneer elementary schools.

To involve the community, DJUSD will host two public meetings on November 18 at Pioneer Elementary School. Attendees can view project renderings and discuss the fencing proposals. Families, staff, neighbors and friends are all invited.
